Lorin P. Nielsen is the former Deputy State Treasurer for the State
of Utah (where his responsibilities included the administration
of the state's unclaimed property program) and a past
president of the National Association of Unclaimed Property
Administrators (NAUPA).
Lorin possesses considerable insight
into the needs of state unclaimed property programs,
is available as a resource to the Clearinghouse states
for questions of procedure and policy concerning both Clearinghouse and
other matters.
